Last night I had a rather productive evening after a leisurely walk along the river as the sun set peacefully over London, I made gluten free cereal for

I’m not really a cereal girl, certainly not for breakfast, I prefer to have a bowl in the afternoon as an afternoon snack if I am working from home. However, I know people who absolutely love cereal to start their day so I like to have an option at home for guessed who prefer a gluten free choice.

Here is a simple but delicious method to create your very own gluten free cereal at home.

Ingredients

1 Box of organic puffed rice

1/2 cup dried fruits of your choice, I use cranberries and sultanas

1/4 cup linseeds, either brown or golden

1/4 cup toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup toasted mixed nuts of your choice

1/2 cup desecrated or coconut flakes

1/8 cup sesame seeds

Simply mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and decant into large jars once mixed. Serve with cococnut milk or your milk of preferance
